Emerging Markets Group, Ltd. (EMG) holds a number of Indefinite
Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that facilitate the
process of accessing our technical expertise. IDIQs are flexible
procurement mechanisms that allow for orders to be placed directly
by the users.
These contracts have been awarded to us by various clients – U.S.
Agency for International Development (USAID), The Global Fund,
Emerging Markets Economies, etc., and provide for ease of access to
our services. Due to our extensive project management experience, we are able to suggest cost effective ways to structure and manage projects, under these contract vehicles, so that they meet our client's strategic objectives.

(GSA) schedules, which allow clients to access our services without
the paperwork associated with other contracting mechanisms, while
gaining the benefits of contractor teaming arrangements,
prenegotiated rates, and no maximum order limitations.
